Clinical Data Manager

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end CDM from protocol review to database lock
• Design data collection strategy including CRF/eCRF development and database build
• Translate protocol needs into clear data specifications and study endpoints
• Plan and manage UAT, ensuring validated and audit-ready systems
• Drive data quality through reviews, query management, and discrepancy resolution
• Promote standardization, governance, and documentation across CDM

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific, health, or quantitative field
• 5+ years progressive clinical data management experience, leading studies end-to-end
• Strong experience with EDC systems, including user access, training compliance, and system administration
• Deep understanding of CDM processes and delivery of analysis-ready datasets
• Proven ability to produce audit-ready documentation aligned with regulatory requirements
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills
