- Review clinical data for OASIS and ICD-10 coding per PDGM and CMS guidelines.
- Review and communicate OASIS edits to clinicians for accuracy.
- Perform final OASIS review and lock OASIS.
- Timely review and coding of OASIS with quarterly productivity targets.
- Prevent Medicare denials by proper coding on care plans and OASIS.
- Provide support and communication to all disciplines within the service.
🎯 Requirements
- COS-C, HCS-O or COQS certs and HCS-D or BCHH-C certs required.
- Active state RN, PT, OT, or SLP license with 2+ years clinical exp.
- OASIS Certification and home health coding experience required.
- HCHB, SHP, and Coding Center experience a plus.
- Proficient PC skills to perform job functions.
- Strong communication with service offices and teamwork.
