Review clinical information for OASIS and ICD-10 coding per CMS guidelines.
Review OASIS edit recommendations to clinicians to promote accuracy.
Perform final review and lock OASIS.
Timely review and coding of OASIS with quarterly productivity targets.
Prevent Medicare denials by ensuring proper coding on the plan of care and OASIS documentation.
Provide support to service disciplines and CMS guidance on PDGM and billing.

🎯 Requirements

COS-C, HCS-O, or COQS OASIS certification required.
BCHH-C or HCS-D coding certification required.
Active RN/PT/OT/SLP license with 2+ years clinical experience.
HCHB, SHP, and Coding Center experience a plus.
Proficient PC skills to perform job functions.
This is a fully remote role.
