📋 Description

• Lead, inspire, and motivate field staff to deliver exceptional care.
• Coordinate client care; act as internal case manager and advocate.
• Review clinical documentation for accuracy and quality.
• Assign clinicians to clients; ensure appropriate care plans.
• Hire field staff; participate in interviewing process.
• Conduct client visits and represent BAYADA in the community.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years RN in Home Health.
• Excellent organization and communication.
• Desire to lead, inspire, and motivate others.
• Strong knowledge of home health policies and procedures.
