Clinical Apprentice - BCBA Fieldwork Program

📋 Description

• Paid practicum with supervision hours and growth support.
• Work as a BT or RBT and progress through Elevate stages.
• Earn $18-23/hr base pay with $2/hr increases per stage.
• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home, center, or school.
• Mentorship from BCBAs and a peer network.
• Path to BCBA with tuition reimbursement up to $20,000.

🎯 Requirements

• Active enrollment in or completion of a master’s ABA program (verified before start).
• Or completed master’s with ABA course sequence enrollment/completion.
• Strong desire to grow into a BCBA in a values-driven care model.
• Able to work full-time, including afternoons and early evenings.
