📋 Description

• Travel 80-90%; live near a major airport.
• Launch Ceribell at new hospitals; grow install base.
• Partner with Territory Manager to onboard sites.
• Drive new product introductions for existing customers.
• Build facility advocates using hospital data.
• Develop a qualified lead funnel via presentations and training.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ yrs critical care sales OR 5+ yrs medical device/pharma sales OR RN with exp.
• Excellent communicator; strong relationship building; organized.
• Assess stakeholders needs; cross-functional planning.
• Confident to challenge status quo and influence change.
• Driven and coachable; open to feedback and new skills.
• Grit and integrity; startup or neuro ICU experience bonus.
