  • Expand Ceribell usage to additional acute/critical care centers.
  • Launch Ceribell at new customer sites with local Territory Manager.
  • Drive new product and tech introductions for existing customers.
  • Build advocacy within facilities using hospital data to validate interest.
  • Develop a qualified lead funnel within existing install base; regular activities include presentations and training.
  • Upgrade and expand departments in existing install base.
  • Strong project management to support new account launches.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3-5 years of recent critical care sales experience OR 5 years of medical device or pharma sales experience OR RN with industry sales support experience.
  • Excellent communicator and relationship builder; highly organized.
  • Ability to assess stakeholders' needs; align cross-functional agendas.
  • Confident to challenge the status quo and influence change.
  • Driven and coachable; willing to seek feedback and apply new skills.
  • Bonus points: startup experience or neuro ICU clinical experience; med device sales.
