📋 Description

• Launch Ceribell at new hospitals and grow the install base.
• Provide ongoing medical education to physicians and staff.
• Travel 80-90%; ideal near a major airport.
• Collaborate with Territory Manager to launch Ceribell at new sites.
• Drive new product introductions for existing customers.
• Build advocacy using hospital data; develop a lead funnel.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ yrs critical care sales OR 5+ yrs medical device/pharma sales OR RN with sales exp.
• Excellent communicator; relationship building; creative problem solving; organized.
• Ability to assess stakeholders needs; manage cross-functional agendas.
• Ability to influence change through consensus building.
• Driven and coachable; open to coaching and feedback.
• Grit and integrity; bonus for startup or neuro ICU experience.
