📋 Description

• Launch Ceribell at new hospitals and grow install base
• Provide ongoing clinical education to physicians and staff
• Drive adoption of new products and tech at existing customers
• Build hospital champions using data to validate interest
• Develop qualified leads from the install base via presentations
• Manage upgrades and expansions in existing accounts

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years critical care sales or 5 years medical device/pharma sales
• RN with industry sales support experience
• Excellent communicator and relationship-builder
• Ability to assess stakeholder needs and coordinate cross-functional agendas
• Confident in influencing change and challenging the status quo
• Driven, coachable and receptive to feedback
