📋 Description

• Launch Ceribell at hospitals and expand install base.
• Provide ongoing clinical education to physicians and staff.
• Based in region; no remote; travel 60% (3 days/wk).
• Drive new and organic growth within existing customers and new sites.
• Build clinician champions using hospital data to drive adoption.
• Lead training and education to clinical teams for adoption.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 yrs critical care sales OR 5 yrs medical device/pharma sales OR RN with industry exp.
• Excellent communicator and relationship builder; creative problem solver.
• Assess stakeholders needs; align cross-functional agendas.
• Confident to challenge status quo and influence meaningful change.
• Driven and coachable; eager to learn from feedback.
• Bonus: startup experience or med device/neuro ICU exposure.
