🎯 Requirements

  • Excellent communicator and relationship builder; creative problem solver.
  • Assess stakeholders needs; align cross-functional agendas.
  • Confident to challenge status quo and influence meaningful change.
  • Driven and coachable; eager to learn from feedback.
  • Bonus: startup experience or med device/neuro ICU exposure.
