- 3-5 years recent critical care sales or 5+ years medical device or pharma sales
- Excellent communicator, relationship builder, and problem solver
- Ability to assess stakeholder needs and align cross-functional agendas
- Confident in challenging the status quo and driving change
- Driven and coachable; receptive to feedback and coaching
- Startup or disruptive tech, med device, or neuro ICU experience a plus
