🎯 Requirements

  • 3-5 years recent critical care sales or 5+ years medical device or pharma sales
  • Excellent communicator, relationship builder, and problem solver
  • Ability to assess stakeholder needs and align cross-functional agendas
  • Confident in challenging the status quo and driving change
  • Driven and coachable; receptive to feedback and coaching
  • Startup or disruptive tech, med device, or neuro ICU experience a plus
