- 3-5 yrs critical care sales or 5 yrs medical device/pharma sales; RN with industry exp.
- Excellent communicator, relationship builder, and problem solver; highly organized.
- Ability to assess stakeholder needs and align cross-functional agendas.
- Confidence to challenge status quo and drive change through consensus.
- Driven and coachable; willing to seek coaching and apply new skills.
- Grit and integrity; bonus points for startup or neuro ICU experience.
