  • 3-5 yrs critical care sales or 5 yrs medical device/pharma sales; RN with industry exp.
  • Excellent communicator, relationship builder, and problem solver; highly organized.
  • Ability to assess stakeholder needs and align cross-functional agendas.
  • Confidence to challenge status quo and drive change through consensus.
  • Driven and coachable; willing to seek coaching and apply new skills.
  • Grit and integrity; bonus points for startup or neuro ICU experience.
