🎯 Requirements

  • 3–5 yrs critical care sales or 5 yrs med device/pharma sales, or RN with sales support exp.
  • Excellent communicator; strong relationships and problem solving; highly organized.
  • Ability to assess stakeholder needs and align cross-functional agendas.
  • Confident in challenging status quo and influencing change.
  • Driven and coachable; open to feedback and applying new skills.
  • Grit and integrity; startup or neuro ICU experience a plus.
