- Excellent communicator; strong relationships and problem solving; highly organized.
- Ability to assess stakeholder needs and align cross-functional agendas.
- Confident in challenging status quo and influencing change.
- Driven and coachable; open to feedback and applying new skills.
- Grit and integrity; startup or neuro ICU experience a plus.
