🎯 Requirements

  • 3-5 years of recent critical care sales or 5 years med device/pharma sales or RN with sales exp.
  • Excellent communicator; relationship builder; creative problem solver; highly organized.
  • Ability to assess stakeholder needs and align cross-functional agendas.
  • Confident to challenge status quo and influence change through consensus.
  • Driven and coachable; willing to seek coaching and apply feedback.
  • Bonus points: startup experience or neuro ICU, med device, or clinical sales.
