🎯 Requirements

  • 3-5 yrs critical care sales, or 5 yrs medical device/pharma sales, or RN with sales support.
  • Excellent communicator, relationship builder, and highly organized.
  • Ability to assess stakeholder needs and manage cross-functional agendas.
  • Confident in challenging status quo and influencing change.
  • Driven and coachable; open to feedback and skill development.
  • Bonus: startup, med device, neuro ICU experience or sales background.
