π― Requirements
- 3-5 yrs critical care sales, or 5 yrs medical device/pharma sales, or RN with sales support.
- Excellent communicator, relationship builder, and highly organized.
- Ability to assess stakeholder needs and manage cross-functional agendas.
- Confident in challenging status quo and influencing change.
- Driven and coachable; open to feedback and skill development.
- Bonus: startup, med device, neuro ICU experience or sales background.
