- Ability to assess stakeholder needs; align cross-functional agendas and strategy.
- Confident to challenge status quo and influence change via consensus.
- Driven and coachable; open to feedback and applying new skills.
- Grit and high integrity; bonus: startup or neuro ICU experience.
