  • Ability to assess stakeholder needs and align cross-functional agendas.
  • Confident to challenge status quo and drive change via consensus.
  • Driven, coachable; open to feedback and applying new skills.
  • Grit and integrity; bonus for startup, neuro ICU or disruptive tech.
