🎯 Requirements

  • 3-5 years in critical care sales or 5 yrs medical device/pharma sales; RN ok.
  • Excellent communicator and relationship builder.
  • Ability to prioritize, organize, and manage cross-functional plans.
  • Confident in challenging status quo and influencing change.
  • Driven, coachable, and receptive to feedback.
  • Startup experience or neuro ICU exposure is a plus.
