Clinic Supervisor (RN)

📋 Description

• Supervise daily clinic operations within the PACE clinic, ensuring high-quality, participant-centered care
• Assign duties, mentor nursing staff, and provide clinical guidance during shifts
• Monitor clinic performance; coach teams; ensure adherence to SOPs and annual evaluations
• Manage staff schedules to maintain coverage
• Oversee supply levels, vendor management, and facility/equipment issues
• Provide clinical care as needed such as nurse triage, emergency response, vaccine and medication administration, wound care

🎯 Requirements

• Must hold a current, unrestricted RN license in California
• Experience leading nursing teams, delegating tasks, and managing clinic operations
• Knowledge of quality and compliance standards in healthcare
• Spanish fluency is nice to have
