Care for participants in the WelbeHealth clinic, including triage and day center support.
Check vitals, perform POC testing, and assist with meds.
Support clinical needs, wound care, IV therapy, and RN duties.
Instruct participants and families on disease, self-care, and prevention.
Document care delivery and monitor for changes.
Enjoy consistent hours with no on-call, weekends, or holidays.

🎯 Requirements

Graduate of accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
Unencumbered RN license required.
Reliable transportation.
CPR and First Aid certification within 180 days of hire.
Triaging experience preferred.
