📋 Description

• Provide direct patient care in WelbeHealth clinic and day center triage.
• Check vital signs, perform POC testing, and administer medications.
• Support clinic overflow and RN scope-of-practice decisions.
• Aid wound care and IV therapy, plus related RN procedures.
• Instruct patients and families on disease processes and self-care.
• Collaborate with Medical Assistants to support procedures and care.

🎯 Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; BSN preferred.
• Unencumbered RN license required.
• Reliable means of transportation.
• CPR and First Aid certification within 180 days of hire; certification upon hire preferred.
