Clinic Nurse, RN

📋 Description

• Care for participants in WelbeHealth clinic and triage.
• Check vital signs and perform point-of-care testing.
• Administer medications per RN scope of practice.
• Provide wound care and IV therapy as needed.
• Educate patients and families on disease management and self-care.
• Document patient care and nursing observations.

🎯 Requirements

• Graduate of accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
• Unencumbered RN license required.
• CPR and First Aid certification within 180 days of hire (preferred at hire).
• Reliable transportation.
