Provide direct care to participants in the WelbeHealth clinic, including triage.
Check vital signs, perform point-of-care testing, administer medications.
Aid wound care (including complex wounds), IV therapy, and RN-approved therapies.
Support Medical Assistants with procedures and care coordination.
Educate participants, families, and caregivers on disease management and prevention.
Document care delivery, observations, and nursing measures.

🎯 Requirements

Graduate of accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
Unencumbered RN license required.
Reliable means of transportation.
CPR and First Aid certification within 180 days of hire; hire preferred.
Triaging experience preferred.
