Provide direct patient care in the WelbeHealth clinic, including triage and vital signs.
Perform vital signs monitoring and point-of-care testing (POC).
Manage and administer medications; support wound care as needed.
Educate patients and families per RN scope of practice.
Document care and nursing measures; track variations and needed actions.

🎯 Requirements

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; BSN preferred.
Unencumbered RN license required.
Reliable means of transportation.
