📋 Description

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinic
• Manage your clinic's P&L
• Mentor, develop, and lead clinic team members to excel
• Balance the needs of the clinical team with organizational goals

• Own customer relations

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years managing professionals in complex organizations (vet space preferred)
• Experience supervising front desk operations
• Experience with compliance and safety policies
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• CVPM designation ideal but not required
• Experience recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new team members
