🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years managing professionals in complex veterinary orgs (ideal but not required)
• Experience supervising front desk operations
• Experience with compliance and safety policies
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• CVPM designation is ideal but not required
• Recruit, interview, and onboard new team members
