Clinic Growth Manager

📋 Description

• Design and manage a clinic community program including newsletters, referrals, peer spotlights, and online engagement initiatives
• Develop and run clinic-focused seminars and educational webinars on topics like in-platform best practices and platform updates
• Create best practice playbooks, how-to guides, self-serve resources to maximize platform value
• Lead best practice sessions to share learnings, tips, and platform updates
• Analyze usage trends and engagement to identify underperforming clinics and re-engage
• Act as feedback loop between clinics and product team to advocate for needs

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• 3–5 years in community engagement, growth marketing, CS, or account mgmt
• Track record of growth across a large customer base
• Data-driven: pull reports, spot trends, act on insights
• Experience building community programs, events, or education initiatives
• Strong communicator; can lead seminars and write newsletters
