📋 Description

• Lead and develop a team of PTs and clinical staff.
• Oversee clinic operations: patient experience, performance, scheduling.
• Build referral networks with local providers and partners.
• Provide direct patient care with evidence-based treatment plans.
• Drive clinic growth with onboarding and ownership pathways.

🎯 Requirements

• DPT or equivalent from accredited Physical Therapy program.
• PT license or eligible for NC licensure.
• Leadership experience; passion for developing others.
• Outpatient orthopedic PT experience preferred.
