• Manage own caseload, driving high quality care and outcomes
\n
• Conduct behavior assessments and ABA-based programs
\n
• Provide leadership, clinical supervision, and direction to BCBAs and RBTs
\n
• Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and improve clinical programming
\n
• Facilitate parent training and support families across their lives with KBH
\n
• Coordinate with Intake & Scheduling to promote access and smooth onboarding
\n

🎯 Requirements

\n
• BCBA credential with 3+ years; supervising BCBAs preferred
\n
• Strong clinical skills and ability to handle challenging cases
\n
• Inspirational team leader who motivates and develops staff
\n
• Skilled in training, development, and apprenticeship of clinicians
\n
• Excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills
\n
• Physically able to work on the floor with children (lift up to 50 lbs)
\n
