π― Requirements
- Valid unrestricted NJ license as independent mental health professional (LCSW, LPC, PsyD, PhD, LMFT)
- LCADC preferable
- Minimum 3 years' experience with SUDs/MH
- Minimum 3 years in supervisory/management roles
- Strong IOP experience; launching new IOP programs a plus
- EMDR certification a plus
