Lead Manchester clinic, oversee clinical program delivery in-person and telehealth.
Directly manage clinicians and interns; ensure compliance with licensing standards.
Develop and implement high-quality, evidence-based programs for SUD and MH.
Create training and education programs for local/regional partners.
Manage program budget, capacity, and day-to-day operations.
Ensure accurate documentation and coordination of care across the team.

🎯 Requirements

Valid NH license (LICSW/LCMHC/PsyD/PhD/LMFT)
3+ years SUD/MH experience
3+ years supervisory/management experience
DSM-5 diagnostic proficiency; strong assessment skills
Availability for two evening shifts per week; in-person as needed
