Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Cooperate with the Legal Affairs Department Director (LADT-D) and with the Legal Affairs Manager in ensuring that the Company operates in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

  • Review

    contract

    documents

    ensuring

    contracting

    data

    are

    complete

    ,

    accurate

    and

    in

    compliance

    with

    all

    legal

    requirements

    .

  • Develop

    and

    prepare

    contract

    documents

    ,

    using

    approved

    model

    templates

    and

    ensuring

    that

    changes

    ,

    if

    any

    ,

    are

    integrated

    .

  • Manage

    contract

    extensions

    and

    amendments

    and

    determine

    the

    contract’s

    status

    .

  • Cooperate

    with

    the

    LADT-D

    in

    responding

    to

    the

    contract

    questions

    /

    inquiries

    by

    selecting

    the

    most

    appropriate

    solutions

    for

    the

    Company

    according

    to

    the

    law

    .

  • Prepare

    ,

    edit

    ,

    review

    ,

    and

    maintain

    the

    quality

    of

    contract

    information

    within

    the

    contract

    databases

    .

  • File

    the

    endorsed

    contract

    documents

    on

    SharePoint

    following

    defined

    departmental

    guidelines

    and

    procedures

    .

  • Support

    all

    quality

    improvement

    by

    assisting

    and

    enhancing

    the

    operations

    of

    the

    department

    .

  • Develop

    and

    maintain

    excellent

    relationships

    with

    internal

    and

    external

    clients

    .

Education and Experience:

  • A law degree is

    required

    .

  • 2+ years of relevant legal agreement review experience. Experience in Life Science or Healthcare Industry is a plus.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Be Self-directed, able to work independently, and highly motivated.

  • Be able to work well in a team.

  • Be able to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.

  • Be able to manage multiple priorities, work efficiently under pressure, and consistently meet tight deadlines.

  • Ability to be discreet and handle confidential information.

  • Detail-oriented, dependable, and responsible.

  • Advanced

    proficiency

    in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.

  • Knowledge of PowerPoint and Microsoft Windows functionality.
