๐ฏ Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field; GAAP/IFRS knowledge.
- 1-2 years accounting experience; multinational/CRO exposure preferred.
- Professional written and verbal English proficiency.
- Flexibility to work across time zones, mainly US Eastern Time.
- Microsoft Excel skills including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.
- Familiarity with multi-dimensional ERP systems, especially Microsoft Dynamics 365.
