Associate, Accounting

📋 Description

• Assist in the review of vendor contracts, POs, invoices, and timesheets.
• Coordinate with internal PMs/finance and external vendors for expense review.
• Import and enter expense data into ERP with financial dimensions.
• Assist with periodic vendor reporting and expense analysis.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field; GAAP/IFRS knowledge.
• 1-2 years accounting experience; multinational/CRO exposure preferred.
• Professional written and verbal English proficiency.
• Flexibility to work across time zones, mainly US Eastern Time.
• Microsoft Excel skills including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.
• Familiarity with multi-dimensional ERP systems, especially Microsoft Dynamics 365.
