About the Role
We are looking for a (Senior) Product Marketing Manager to join as the first dedicated PMM at Climatiq. This is an opportunity to shape the go-to-market (GTM) strategy of a fast-growing startup as we expand into new markets and address new personas.
You will be a key member of our Growth team—working closely with Sales to drive enablement and customer insights, with Product to feed into and communicate the roadmap, and with Marketing to support lead generation and brand growth.
Reporting to the Director of Marketing, this role is central to building on our existing brand and positioning while supporting our expansion into new personas and product offerings. It’s an opportunity to demonstrate the direct impact of product marketing on revenue while influencing how businesses worldwide assess and manage their carbon emissions.
What You’ll Do
Develop compelling messaging, value propositions, and enablement content for sustainability professionals delivering carbon emission reports
Accelerate our product-led growth engine through content, webinars, copy, and campaigns
Manage successful product launches by leading the GTM strategy for new product segments and features—including messaging, positioning, pricing, packaging, and demos
Conduct competitive and market analysis to guide the product roadmap and support Sales with insights
Create enablement and conversion-focused content, while collaborating with the Marketing team to deliver full-funnel campaigns
Support field marketing activities, including industry events and conferences (e.g. presentations, workshops)
What We’re Looking For
3+ years of marketing experience in a product-focused B2B SaaS environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Experience working in a high-growth startup or scale-up environment
Proactive, self-driven, and comfortable working with ambiguity
Exceptional attention to detail and a structured approach to work
A good eye for design and the ability to collaborate with design resources
Experience with product-led growth is a plus, but not required
Additional Information
Location: Berlin (hybrid, at least two days a week in-office)
Starting date: As soon as possible
Hours: Full-time, flexible working hours
