📋 Description

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives.
  • Staff engagements with global cross-functional teams such as Servicing, Product & Engineering.
  • Mentor customers on organization design and Centers of Excellence to boost adoption.
  • Mentor and coach team members, providing guidance and feedback on performance.

🎯 Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of relevant Pharmaceuticals customer success or strategy consulting experience.
  • Proven track record in leading large-scale transformation programs and process re-engineering.
  • Experience with AI-based transformation is a strong plus.
  • Deep experience with change management practices.
  • Ability to navigate large global organizations and persuade through data and facts.
  • Consultative approach when engaging with senior executives and practice leads.
