  • Develop and maintain relationships with C-level stakeholders to embed Celonis strategy.
  • Staff engagements leveraging global Celonis resources (Servicing, Product, Eng).
  • Lead value programs and drive adoption aligned with customer strategy.
  • Organize customer advisory boards and advocate for customer needs.
  • Resolve escalations by coordinating internal teams for timely resolution.
  • Drive end-to-end value journey and influence executives with product and industry knowledge.

🎯 Requirements

  • Minimum 15 years in customer success or strategy consulting within Energy.
  • Experience leading large-scale transformation programs and process re-engineering.
  • Experience with AI-based transformation is a strong plus.
  • Change management expertise across large organizations.
  • Ability to navigate global organizations and persuade with data.
  • Proven ability to engage senior executives and align Celonis with strategy.
