Client Training & Community Manager

📋 Description

• Deliver engaging virtual and in-person trainings for enterprise clients.
• Facilitate mental health sessions with confidence and credibility.
• Support client launches and key meetings as facilitator and partner.
• Coordinate cross-functional events for strategic accounts.
• Develop and evolve Champions and Community programs.
• Own day-to-day Client Admin Community experience.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years designing and delivering enterprise learning experiences.
• Strong public speaking and facilitation across virtual and in-person.
• Creative facilitation and learning design; iterates with feedback.
• Experience partnering with external stakeholders (HR/People/Learning/Wellness).
• Proactive, results-driven; balances speed with quality and user needs.
• Travel (domestic/international) and occasional early EST deliveries.
