  • Be a point of contact for customer inquiries via email, LiveChat, and 1-833-Roo Vet.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve first-line issues from hospitals/vets/tech users with clear responses.
  • Coordinate second-line/escalated issues with relevant regional BD/AMs and other departments.
  • Facilitate and help manage potential call outs with current processes in place.
  • Proactively document rainy day scenarios and share key learnings with the team.
  • Maintain Hubspot to ensure all client communications and CS tickets are documented.

🎯 Requirements

  • 2+ years in client/customer support, ideally in an early-stage startup.
  • Vet technician/animal healthcare industry experience a plus.
  • Proactive, organized and accurate in internal and external communications.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Familiar with customer support tools/software.
  • Timely and efficient in task accuracy and completions.
