- Facilitate and help manage potential call outs with current processes in place.
- Proactively document rainy day scenarios and share key learnings with the team.
- Maintain Hubspot to ensure all client communications and CS tickets are documented.
π― Requirements
- 2+ years in client/customer support, ideally in an early-stage startup.
- Vet technician/animal healthcare industry experience a plus.
- Proactive, organized and accurate in internal and external communications.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Familiar with customer support tools/software.
- Timely and efficient in task accuracy and completions.
