  • Support day-to-day payment and customer activities to ensure service quality

  • UK Payments, FX and cross-border payments incl Bacs/CHAPS/Faster Payments
  • Clearing and settlement for major UK/EU schemes
  • Nostro account management and reconciliation
  • First escalation point to resolve customer and bank queries
  • Client-facing or operational support role in financial services
  • SWIFT MT199 familiarity
