- UK Payments, FX and cross-border payments incl Bacs/CHAPS/Faster Payments
- Clearing and settlement for major UK/EU schemes
- Nostro account management and reconciliation
- First escalation point to resolve customer and bank queries
- Client-facing or operational support role in financial services
- SWIFT MT199 familiarity
