  • Support European clients across SEPA and TARGET2 activities
  • Handle EU client escalations, investigations and settlements
  • Deliver daily operational tasks across cross-functional teams
  • Build relationships with customers, schemes and colleagues
  • Produce reports and management information as required
  • Act as main point of contact for assigned key clients

🎯 Requirements

  • Experience with UK Payments, FX and cross-border payments
  • Knowledge of Bacs, CHAPS and Faster Payments
  • Understanding UK/EU clearing and settlement processes
  • MCCY reconciliation and Nostro account management
  • Experience in client-facing or operational support roles
  • SWIFT MT199 familiarity
