- Strong communication/presentation skills; exec-level engagement.
- Highly organized; able to manage multiple priorities proactively.
- Analytical mindset; uses data to inform decisions and recommendations.
- Collaborative; works cross-functionally in fast-paced environments.
- Curiosity and continuous improvement mindset; travel as needed.
- Experience with self-storage/vertical SaaS; CRM tools (Salesforce).
