  • Build strong, long-term relationships with a portfolio of customers as partners.
  • Drive retention and growth by boosting product adoption and value.
  • Proactively manage account health; set expectations and resolve issues promptly.

  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing to advocate for customer needs.

  • Identify risks early; develop mitigation plans and align teams for success.
  • Develop expertise in storage industry and customer operating models for guidance.

  • 3โ€“5+ years in CS/Acct Mgmt/SaaS or equivalent; Bachelorโ€™s degree.
  • Proven ability to manage a portfolio focused on retention, growth, and satisfaction.
  • Strong communication/presentation skills; exec-level engagement.
  • Highly organized; able to manage multiple priorities proactively.
  • Analytical mindset; uses data to inform decisions and recommendations.
  • Collaborative; works cross-functionally in fast-paced environments.
  • Curiosity and continuous improvement mindset; travel as needed.
  • Experience with self-storage/vertical SaaS; CRM tools (Salesforce).
