  • Lead onboarding for new clients from Sales to implementation.

🎯 Requirements

  • De-escalate complex customer issues with empathy and urgency.
  • Excellent communication; comfortable with stakeholders from ICs to directors.
  • Experience with Zendesk, Asana, or HubSpot a plus, not required.
  • Passion for solving complex problems with tailored, scalable solutions.
  • Experience supporting workflows for large enterprise customers.
