- Prepare and send transfer letters with loan/servicer info.
- Monitor CSM email inboxes for servicing inquiries and respond.

- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Analytical, judgement and managerial abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Adaptable to changing federal/state regulations.
- Able to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- High school diploma; finance coursework is a plus.
