- 2+ years in a customer-facing role with Enterprise SaaS or supplier management
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
- Experience with Microsoft Office, SFDC, CRM tools, JIRA
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication
- Highly organized, collaborative, and proactive
- Strong project management; PMP a plus
