  • 2+ years in a customer-facing role with Enterprise SaaS or supplier management
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, SFDC, CRM tools, JIRA
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication
  • Highly organized, collaborative, and proactive
  • Strong project management; PMP a plus
