📋 Description

  • Nurture and grow client relationships; identify key stakeholders.
  • Maintain momentum after launch; drive adoption of Avetta platform.
  • Serve as trusted advisor on use cases, product functionality.
  • Lead regular review-and-planning sessions to demonstrate value.
  • Ensure clients are trained and using Avetta products effectively.
  • Collaborate with teams to drive adoption, retention, and expansion.

🎯 Requirements

  • 2+ years in a customer-facing role with Enterprise SaaS or supplier management.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, SFDC (Salesforce), CRM tools, and Jira a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Highly organized, collaborative, proactive; problem solving with a scalable mindset.
  • Strong project management; PMP a plus.
