📋 Description

  • Own a diverse portfolio of 70-80 accounts in EMEA.
  • Advise clients on maximizing Bazaarvoice value using UGC in marketing, merchandising, CS, and product.
  • Track trends across portfolio analytics to recommend best practices.
  • Manage client lifecycle using Salesforce, Gainsight, etc.
  • Help key stakeholders and C-level teams understand Bazaarvoice value and ROI.
  • Promote feature adoption to boost client satisfaction and program performance.

🎯 Requirements

  • 2-5 years in account management or client success with US/EU clients in software/e‑commerce.
  • Experience with UK clients.
  • Ability to manage high volume of accounts and own relationships concurrently.
  • Outstanding oral, written, and client-facing presentation skills.
  • Comfortable communicating with C-level executives across multiple methods.
  • Working hours: 2:30pm-11:30pm IST.
