- Track trends across portfolio analytics to recommend best practices.
- Manage client lifecycle using Salesforce, Gainsight, etc.
- Help key stakeholders and C-level teams understand Bazaarvoice value and ROI.
- Promote feature adoption to boost client satisfaction and program performance.
🎯 Requirements
- 2-5 years in account management or client success with US/EU clients in software/e‑commerce.
- Experience with UK clients.
- Ability to manage high volume of accounts and own relationships concurrently.
- Outstanding oral, written, and client-facing presentation skills.
- Comfortable communicating with C-level executives across multiple methods.
- Working hours: 2:30pm-11:30pm IST.
