  • Own a portfolio of existing clients, driving platform usage, spending growth, and stronger outcomes.
  • Meet or exceed quarterly spending and usage targets across your portfolio.
  • Build relationships with key Sales and Marketing stakeholders to understand priorities, uncover opportunities, quantify budgets, and develop gifting strategies that support client goals.
  • Develop strategic roadmaps for clients that justify long-term financial investment in initiatives.
  • Lead strategic conversations on gifting best practices, providing clear recommendations that increase gift redemption, drive increased spend, and impact client outcomes and ROI.
  • Advise platform admins and day-to-day senders on how to better leverage Reachdesk for campaigns, automation, fund management, and broader platform adoption.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Client Success, Account Management, Sales, or other commercially oriented client-facing roles, with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Background in subscription-based SaaS or other recurring-revenue environments, ideally in a consultative setting where success depends on driving usage and commercial outcomes.
  • Strong commercial instinct and problem-solving ability, with the ability to identify opportunities, bring clear recommendations, and create momentum across an existing book of business.
  • Proven ability to build credibility and relationships across multiple stakeholders, particularly within Sales, Marketing, and related teams.
  • Confident communicator who can educate, influence, and challenge clients thoughtfully to drive stronger outcomes, while tailoring complex concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Highly proactive, organized, and persistent, with sound judgment and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced scale-up environment.
