- Own a portfolio of existing clients, driving platform usage, spending growth, and stronger outcomes.
- Meet or exceed quarterly spending and usage targets across your portfolio.

π― Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Client Success, Account Management, Sales, or other commercially oriented client-facing roles, with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
- Background in subscription-based SaaS or other recurring-revenue environments, ideally in a consultative setting where success depends on driving usage and commercial outcomes.
- Strong commercial instinct and problem-solving ability, with the ability to identify opportunities, bring clear recommendations, and create momentum across an existing book of business.
- Proven ability to build credibility and relationships across multiple stakeholders, particularly within Sales, Marketing, and related teams.
- Confident communicator who can educate, influence, and challenge clients thoughtfully to drive stronger outcomes, while tailoring complex concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Highly proactive, organized, and persistent, with sound judgment and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced scale-up environment.
