  • Build and maintain strong client relationships and integrate into operations.
  • Manage and maintain an active on-site headcount.
  • Ensure payroll and finance reporting; manage holidays and sickness.
  • Meet daily/weekly KPIs; present data at KPI meetings.
  • Monitor worker performance and accuracy.
  • Coach and develop onsite team via daily/weekly meetings and reviews.

🎯 Requirements

  • Previous experience as Account Manager/ Onsite manager
  • Experience dealing with a large on-site headcount
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Proactive planning
  • Computer literate – outlook, excel and word
  • Strong written/verbal communication
