🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Experience in Client/Customer Success or Account Management in SaaS, HR tech, or employee benefits.
- Experience managing people managers or senior leads.
- Skilled with complex multi-stakeholder accounts (HR, Finance, Procurement, C-suite).
- Experience with CRM platforms.
- Data-driven and analytical mindset; proven to hit targets in B2B.
- Fluency in English and Portuguese.
- Demonstrated experience using AI tools.
- Background in wellness, benefits, or HR tech is a plus.
