  • Experienced managing client relationships in a client-facing role.
  • Collaborative, cross-functional teamwork; solve problems creatively and efficiently.
  • Excellent communicator with superior customer service to internal and external clients.
  • Detail-oriented; able to manage multiple clients/projects concurrently.
  • Fluent in monitoring data, analyzing reports, and leveraging results.
  • Excellent communicator in English; Spanish a plus.
