- Experienced managing client relationships in a client-facing role.
- Collaborative, cross-functional teamwork; solve problems creatively and efficiently.
- Excellent communicator with superior customer service to internal and external clients.
- Detail-oriented; able to manage multiple clients/projects concurrently.
- Fluent in monitoring data, analyzing reports, and leveraging results.
- Excellent communicator in English; Spanish a plus.
